After a long summer vacation, it can often be difficult to settle back into everyday life and your own body. Everything can feel a little too "tight". In this meditation, I take you on a journey to your own healing space. If you do this meditation regularly, you will establish your healing space and be able to enter it quickly and easily and experience healing. Have fun with it!
